Sonya Sage shares her body of work as a devotion to love — to the ache, the beauty, and the sacred truth found in matters of the heart.
 
She invites you to witness and feel her spiritual unfolding through the lens of love and romance. This is a path of deep feeling, personal truth, and divine connection — explored through four sacred stages:
 
Awakening
The moment the voice begins to rise. This is where expression is born. It's the beginning of speaking truth from the heart, of breaking silence, and of reclaiming the power of one’s own story. The first brave steps of sharing what’s real.
 
Activation
The heart opens wide. Vulnerability meets courage as we dive into love fully, raw and unfiltered. This is where we experience love in its most potent, emotional depth, allowing the deepest emotions to be seen and held without restraint.
 
Alignment
It’s the tender, beautiful reckoning where the heart meets itself honestly. Here, you begin to see clearly what was once hidden: the wounds, the patterns, the unmet needs, along with the immense power and wisdom that have always lived within. True healing begins. And with that healing comes the remembering: that sacred union starts not with another, but with Self.
 
Ascension
As your consciousness rises, so does the frequency of love. Layers fall away, revealing a deeper truth. In sacred union, you meet the Divine within, understanding that union isn’t a destination, but the natural state of being. Here, you remember: truth is not something to find, it is your essence.
 
The live launch of Sit with Sonya blends a consciously curated mix of intuitive insight, provocative prose, and potent playlists.
 
The incredible DJ Darcey will be playing the perfect soundtrack for this unforgettable experience.

Doors open: 2:45pm
Performance begins: 3:30pm (even if you have a ticket you will not be able to enter the venue between 3:30pm and 6pm)
Q&A: 5:30pm
Socialise and Shop: 6pm - 7:30pm: DJ Darcey will be bringing the party vibes through. Plus shop the new Align by Sonya Sage range.
