This February energy update is an invitation into the collective themes that are unfolding at this time, guiding us to reflect on Trust and Support.
Drawing on insight from The Lemurian Starchild Oracle, the themes of Guidance, Elders, Forgiveness and Joy of Life emerged as anchors for this reflection, bringing through awareness, alignment and insight into how we can work with the energies and embody guidance as we hit the midway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.
Trusting Divine Guidance
In the guidebook for the first card, Guidance, it states:
"All true guidance comes from Source."
This invites an important question: are we able to truly trust divine guidance when we receive it? Or are we lacking in self-trust in a way that distorts how we give and receive information, to and from source?
When we doubt ourselves, we weaken our capacity to trust in the divine guidance coming through. We are less able to hear our inner voice, trust our gut instinct, and the messages meant for us may feel confusing and unclear. Rebuilding self-trust is, therefore, a spiritual practice in itself.
Trust resides in the Solar Plexus Chakra. When this chakra is weakened, self-doubt can creep in and dim our inner fire that brings through our courage and confidence to trust in the world around us.
Tigers Eye is a beneficial crystal to work with for strengthening the Solar Plexus. It also resonates with the Root Chakra and provides an anchoring frequency, assisting with cultivating and strengthening willpower and confidence - both key qualities for developing trust.
Additionally, meditating to the frequency of 528hz will aid with supporting the Solar Plexus Chakra.
The Energy for February and the Wisdom of the Elders
The Elders card speaks of spiritual mentors and wisdom. Do we expect guidance from source to arrive as if we are speaking with our fellow humans? (I mean, sometimes it does! 😅) Or are we open to mentorship that arrives through signs and symbolism woven into our everyday lives?
The guidance we receive may come through as:
Repeated numbers or number sequences (such as 11:11, 13:13)
Animals
Songs
Conversations we “accidentally” overhear
Books or quotes that find us at the right moment
Synchronicities and patterns
Are we aware enough to recognise these sacred messages, research their meaning, and take action as required?
Our lives are constantly communicating with us. The question is, are we listening?

Forgiveness, Joy of Life and Earth and Planetary Cycles
The theme of Forgiveness, paired with Joy of Life, guides us toward the potential planetary energy and purpose of this year.
This feels especially significant as we:
Have just moved through Imbolc
Are about to leave the Year of the Snake
Are moving steadily toward the Spring Equinox and approaching the Astrological New Year
We have entered a new nine-year cycle.
We are in a powerful threshold space, where old cycles are dissolving and new frequencies are being anchored. This is a time of transition, recalibration, and conscious choice.
Whether you have wronged someone, or feel you have been hurt by another, forgiveness is something that must occur in order for you to move forward on your spiritual journey.
Although forgiveness may have been expressed verbally, the hurt and/or harm that we have either created or received can leave imprints within the body and nervous system. These experiences can create trauma responses that affect how we engage with future situations.
We may put up walls that prevent others from getting too close, out of fear of being hurt again. If our behaviour has caused harm to another, we may carry shame, regret, or guilt.
All of this can lower our vibration, limit our potential, and dim our light.
We are being guided to focus on how we give compassion, care and love to ourselves, so that we are able to offer and give these qualities to our loved ones, those in need and the Earth and collective as a whole.
Forgiveness, when embodied, creates a shift in frequency that makes space for deeper joy, freedom, and expansion. It is our spiritual responsibility to bring awareness to where healing and self-forgiveness are needed. It is not simply about saying the words “I’m sorry” or “I forgive you.” It is about cultivating a state of being that is held and felt deeply from within. When forgiveness is integrated at this level, a profound and transformative shift takes place.
Planetary DNA Activation: Enjoyment
The Planetary DNA Activation taking place this year is Enjoyment. To support Earth in incubating this frequency for the collective, we are being asked to do our part. This means integrating a true state of forgiveness into our higher hearts by showing greater:
Care
Compassion
Tenderness
Presence
Love
To ourselves first, and then to others.
As we do this, we become better equipped to navigate the shedding of deeply rooted colonial conditioning and inherited trauma, allowing us to embody the remembrance of our true human blueprint.
This is not bypassing. This is embodiment.
This is spiritual activism in its most grounded form.
Decolonisation as Spiritual Practice
"To Decolonise is a Spiritual Practice"
This is a statement I have been tuning into over the past few years, and it is also the title of my podcast, where I explore this theme in conversation with guests. For me, decolonisation—particularly in the way we think and perceive the world—is not optional spiritual work. It is foundational to healing, becoming, and remembering who we are.
This practice requires commitment and consistency in turning inward, connecting with deeper layers of self and inner wisdom that exist beyond the conditioned mind. Through sustained reflection and embodied practice, self-doubt begins to dissolve, making space for trust, clarity, and conscious choice.
Decolonisation also asks us to sit with discomfort. It invites us to acknowledge the marginalisation of many people across the world, particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, and communities in the Global South. It calls us to confront the destruction, abuse, and colonisation of land, as well as the privileges that can allow us to bypass truth in a supposed pursuit of freedom, joy and spirituality.
When these realities are avoided, they create separation—within ourselves, between one another, and between humanity and Earth. This separation limits our collective capacity for healing and prevents the deeper activation of our planetary and human potential. How can there be a true embodiment of enjoyment in the world if we are unable to confront harm caused by and to others?
To decolonise is not just something we think about, but something we practise with commitment and consistency. It asks us to honestly examine how history, conditioning, and privilege have shaped our beliefs and spiritual paths, and to stay present with the discomfort this brings. Through this work, we reconnect with intuitive ways of being and support the collective healing and remembrance needed for planetary transformation.
Integration and Reflection
This February energy invites us into deeper trust. Trust in Source, trust in our intuition, trust in the signs and experiences in our everyday lives, and trust in our capacity to forgive and feel joy. As we move through this season of transition, we are invited to soften into guidance, remain open to mentorship in all its forms, and consciously choose enjoyment as a sacred responsibility. In doing so, we continue the work of remembering who we are and aligning more fully with how we are meant to live and relate.
