Bringing in Balance with Crystals
The daily strain of city life, running around after the kids or living in the fast lane can get to a point where we find that our inner peace and equilibrium is compromised.
*When we reach this stage, we may find that we get tired more quickly or we may struggle to make decisions and even feel lost as to our direction in life. Sometimes all we need to do is take a few hours time out just to re-check in with ourselves again. Although with our busy 21st Century lives it can be hard to find that time.
At The Sage Son, we have been working on upgrading our Chakra Set and what we have come up with is a high vibrational, raw crystal selection for each of the Chakras that can be used at home in meditation or mindfulness practices or just sat with when you are taking a few moments to yourself.
