Day 7: Crystal and Chakra Challenge

What is your Solar Plexus Chakra crystal and why? How do you connect with its energy? Today we are shining our light an fb stepping in to the power of our Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus Chakra focuses on our personal power and will. It is from this point that we are able to make decisions, centre ourselves and be still and step into our bravery, courage and confidence. When our Solar Plexus Chakra is under active we may feel drained, indecisive and have low self-esteem. When this Chakra is overactive, we may be all over the place, spreading our energy everywhere yet not accomplish anything. We may also find ourselves not being able to control our temper and take on manipulative or bullying roles with other people. The sun provides a beautiful, fulfilling energy to nourish and bring balance to the Solar Plexus Chakra so when it is out and shining, even if it is cold, get out in it! ☀️ Crystals are also able to bring balance to the Solar Plexus Chakra. Many of the crystals that resonate with this Chakra focus on your financial stability and also strength courage and nurture.
